Are you RTA-permitted?
Yes. Every commercial vehicle in our fleet carries a valid permit from the Roads and Transport Authority, renewed annually. Permit number is shown in the footer.
How quickly can you provide a quote?
Within 2 working hours for any standard service. Complex multi-vehicle contracts are quoted within 24 hours with a written proposal.
Do your drivers speak English and Arabic?
Yes. All drivers speak English and Arabic. Many also speak Urdu, Hindi, Tagalog, and Tamil. We assign drivers based on passenger language needs.
What is your safety record?
Zero major incidents in 12+ years of operation. All drivers undergo RTA-mandated training, are on company visa, and are paid through the Wage Protection System.
Do you operate outside Dubai?
Yes. We cover all six Northern Emirates daily: Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah, plus Abu Dhabi. Cross-GCC routes available on request.
Can I book a single trip or do I need a contract?
Both. Single trips, daily routes, monthly contracts, annual agreements — all supported. Pricing adjusts based on volume and commitment.
What happens if a vehicle breaks down?
Replacement vehicle dispatched within 30 minutes anywhere in Dubai. Operations manager directly contacts the client. No additional cost.
How do I pay?
Bank transfer (preferred for monthly contracts), card, or cash on delivery for one-off bookings. VAT-compliant invoice issued for every payment.
