1. Service scope

Anas Transports LLC ("Anas", "we", "us") provides passenger and freight transportation services across the United Arab Emirates under RTA permit #AT-2012-7842. These Terms apply to all quotes, bookings, and contracts issued by Anas.

2. Booking & payment

Bookings may be made via phone, WhatsApp, email, or our online form. Quotations are valid for 14 days from issue. Payment terms are net-30 for corporate accounts, payable by bank transfer in AED. One-off bookings require payment on delivery or by card.

3. Cancellation

Cancellations made more than 24 hours before pickup incur no charge. Cancellations within 24 hours incur a 50% fee. No-shows are charged in full.

4. Liability

Anas carries passenger liability insurance as required by UAE federal law. Cargo liability is limited to AED 50,000 per shipment unless a higher-value contract is signed in advance.

5. Force majeure

Anas is not liable for delays caused by weather, road closures, civil unrest, or government orders. Replacement vehicles will be dispatched within 30 minutes where possible.

6. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai. Disputes shall be resolved by the Dubai Courts.
